Yoga is a practice to support you through every season of life.

Establishing connection between the breath and the body on the mat teaches us how to navigate the changes and challenges we will inevitably encounter off the mat. A continual reminder that yoga is not a practice which separates us from the ‘real’ world. Instead, it enables us to live life with greater awareness and presence. Attuning attentively to experience by learning how to be present in each unfolding moment.

Yoga extends beyond the physical poses and postures. Whilst their role is important, I wish to share the deeper layers of yoga philosophy as well as other practices such as breath work and meditation that can help each of us move through life with grace.
